It could be either direct or indirect as there is no authority given by the company, and also you should not abuse/disappoint the personality of any individual. This implies to all public personality/user/guest abusing. Adding naked photographs and using slang words are strictly prohibited.
By the way you have all the rights to remove your own user content from AmbaYaalu  site at any time as you wish. If you are willing to remove your user content from this site, the license is granted and it will get automatically cancelled.    

Copy rights complaints:

We respect the intellectual property of others and we avoid users from uploading anything against other parties and modifications of their intellectual property. We will receive proper notification of alleged copy right infringement as described in our AmbaYaalu  copy rights policy. We promptly remove/cancel access to the allegedly infringing material and it will terminate the account of repeats infringers as described in the documents in accordance with DMCA.

Termination:

The company has the right to terminate your membership, delete your profile and any information that you have posted on the site for any reason at any time, but children under 13 are not allowed to signup our site and also  if the user dies,  it may get removed by the company itself.

User Disputes:

You may have the total freedom to interact with other AmbaYaalu  users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation to guide disputes between you and other users.
